Below are our Partner Program Terms & Conditions
a. The Partner Program is open to individuals or entities who are interested in referring new website development clients to our company.
b. Participants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
a. Interested individuals or entities must complete and submit the partner application form.
b. Approval is subject to our review and discretion.
c. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application without providing a reason.
a. For each new website development client referred by a partner who signs up for our services, the partner will receive a one-time referral bonus of $250.
b. The referral bonus and any additional commission payments will be paid within 45 days after the referred client has made the initial payment for our services.
c. Partners will receive a monthly residual commission of $50/month for the first 24 months for each referred client, as long as the client remains a paying customer.
d. After the initial 24 months, partners will receive a maintenance commission of $20/month for as long as the client remains a paying customer and continues to use our maintenance services.
e. Commissions are subject to change at our discretion, with advance notice provided to partners.
a. All referral commissions will be paid via the agreed-upon payment method, such as PayPal or bank transfer.
b. Payments will be made on a monthly basis, within 30 days after the end of each calendar month.
c. Partners are responsible for ensuring accurate payment details are provided and notifying us of any changes.
a. Partners are responsible for referring potential clients to our company and promoting our services in a positive and professional manner.
b. Partners shall not engage in any activities that may harm our reputation or violate any laws or regulations.
c. Partners shall not make any false claims or misrepresentations about our services or the Partner Program.
d. Partners shall comply with all applicable privacy laws and regulations when handling client data.
a. Either party may terminate the partnership at any time, for any reason, by providing written notice to the other party.
b. Termination of the partnership will result in the cessation of all future commission payments.
a. We reserve the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time, with or without advance notice provided to partners.
b. Continued participation in the Partner Program after the modifications will constitute acceptance of the updated terms.
a. We shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or expenses incurred by partners in connection with the Partner Program, except where prohibited by law.
By participating in our Partner Program, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to make decisions regarding commission eligibility, payment, and program changes at our sole discretion.
